Our products are subject to a very precise “chain-of-custody” (COC)  process from the time of manufacture and packaging, shipment to the laboratory for testing, shipping and receipt to our facilities  and then delivery to the research client. Because of this, once the products are received by the client our ability to control the COC is compromised. We do not offer refunds or accept returns. If a customer initiates a chargeback without prior approval from USABiogenix.com, their information will be forwarded to a collections agency for further action.
