Refund and Return Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

If products are damaged upon receipt or there is non-receipt of an order, a replacement will be made and shipped at the sole expense of USA Biogenix.com.

Our products are subject to a very precise “chain-of-custody” (COC)  process from the time of manufacture and packaging, shipment to the laboratory for testing, shipping and receipt to our facilities, and then delivery to the research client. As a result, once the client receives the products our ability to control the COC is compromised. We therefore do not offer refunds or accept returns because the COC is broken and the products cannot be restocked or resold. If a customer initiates a chargeback without prior approval from USABiogenix.com, their information will be forwarded to a collections agency for further action.
